My grandson who is 7 years old came to visit us. He loves this car. We haven't tried the hand remote yet. Maybe we'll do that his next visit. His sister who is is 5 years old was crying to play with his car so we'll have to purchase another car for her....

My grandson was visiting during his 10th birthday. They ask for gift cards but I wanted a present that he could actually open and play with. I was so pleasantly surprised when he absolutely flipped over this car. The whole family was out in the street watching and wanting their turn. He usually leaves his toys here for his bi annual visits. This one he took in his backpack to his home 3000 miles away! It was and is a winner doing so many unusual movements that he control with the remote or just using his hand motions....

My 7 year old boy really has fun with this. The learning curve is pretty easy. After an hour of playing, he can make the car "dance". This toy is kind of part robot, part RC car. The flashing lights, the ability to do doughnuts, drive sideways, and "dance" kept him entertained for a long time. The battery recharges quickly and lasts a sufficient amount of time for playing. I recommend it for inside play. Good value for the money....

My 6yr old got it for Christmas and really enjoys it. The hand controller is a bit tricky for him to get down but just uses the remote controller for now....
